Jan van Eyck Academie

The Jan van Eyck Academie is a multidisciplinary post-academic institute in Maastricht, the Netherlands that attracts artists, designers (fashion, graphic, food, etc.), curators, (landscape) architects and writers from around the world. The selected candidates form a tight cohort of artistic researchers and have the opportunity to develop their artistic practice further in an individual and collective trajectory during an 11-month residency. Each participant receives a stipend and a production budget, a private studio, expert guidance, studio visits and more. Participants can make use of all academy facilities, labs, departments, and networks, as well as take the opportunity to shape the public programme of events, lectures, and presentations.
