ArtRio is pleased to present the list of galleries selected for its 2014 edition. The fair will be held between September 10 and 14 at Píer Mauá, occupying five warehouses in a total area of 20,000 square meters. The event has the participation of over 100 galleries, from 13 countries. Major sponsorship is presented by the bank Bradesco. 

“ArtRio is maturing at each year and conquering a relevant and strong position at the art international market. Our focus is always in having a high quality fair—including the selection of the galleries and the presence of important collectors, curators and art advisories. ArtRio is a Brazilian fair that combines the most relevant of the world art scenario,”  says Brenda Valansi, partner of ArtRio.

Special projects:

LUPA
Curated by Abaseh Mirvali, LUPA will assemble up to 20 monumental or large-scale works, unseen or site-specific.
 
SOLO
Curators Julieta Gonzalez and Pablo Leon de La Barra will invite around artists to participate according a concept specially designed for the fair.
