Art Matter Festival gathers over 50 of Copenhagen’s most prestigious and interesting art institutions such as Nikolaj Kunsthal and Louisiana, and galleries and project spaces, in a generous program each summer since 2013.

The festival is part of the larger Art Matter platform (formerly kunsten.nu), which also operates an online art guide and an art magazine. Art Matter Festival provides moments for insight, understanding, celebration, reflection, and love for art. Art Matter is built upon a foundation, which since 2008 has been Denmark’s leading disseminator of art.
