                Róisín Tapponi is a film curator, programmer, writer, and PhD scholar. She is the founder of Habibi Collective, Independent Iraqi Film Festival (IIFF), ART WORK Magazine, and Shasha Movies, the world’s first independent streaming service for South-West Asian and North African cinema. She is Assyrian Iraqi-Irish and based between London and NYC.
