Created in 2020, POUSH is a venue dedicated to supporting artistic creation, bringing together an art center and artists’ studios. Currently located in Aubervilliers, in a 20,000-m² former industrial campus, POUSH features a representative selection of 270 established or emerging artists from over 30 countries. Under the direction of Yvannoé Kruger, it offers freely accessible artistic programming for everyone.

The residents, including visual artists, curators, performers, and chefs, have access to work studios and benefit from a professional development program supporting their artistic growth, the production of their works, as well as their administrative and communication needs. Encouraging the intersection of artistic practices among the residents, POUSH connects artists, curators, and academics, multiplying opportunities for exhibitions, production, and dialogue.

POUSH’s artistic programming reflects the vitality of the French art scene within its monumental and unique exhibition spaces, especially its 2,000 m² hall. Committed to promoting the work of its artists, POUSH organizes exhibitions, performances, concerts, and open days throughout the year.

POUSH collaborates with numerous public and private institutions (le19M, Chaillot - Théâtre national de la Danse, atelier des artistes en exil, Carré sur Seine), fairs (Paris+ par Art Basel, Art paris, Paris Photo, Art Genève, Paris Design Week), and schools (École des arts décoratifs de Paris, Beaux-Arts de Paris, Ensa Paris-Est). Firmly rooted in Greater Paris, this Aubervilliers landmark aims to establish connections with the local community and promote the French cultural scene through international collaborations, including off-site exhibitions at Collection Lambert in Avignon and Zhi Art Museum in China.

To express its civic mission, POUSH is managed by the association ADLCA (Association for the Development of Spaces for Artistic Creation), founded in June 2021 by Hervé Digne and Laure Confavreux-Colliex. The association aims to develop and promote multidisciplinary creation spaces for artists and art professionals, deeply integrated into the community, with an international perspective. Its board members include Paula Aisemberg, Director of Artistic Projects for Groupe Emerige; Guillaume Désanges, President of Palais de Tokyo; Stéphane Distinguin, Founder of FaberNovel and Treasurer of ADLCA; Rebecca Lamarche-Vadel, Director of Lafayette Anticipations ; Eva Nguyen Binh, President of the Institut Français; Dimitri Roussel, architect and founder of DREAM; Marie-Cécile Zinsou, Franco-Beninese entrepreneur and President of the Board of Directors of Villa Médicis.
