For more than 30 years TEXTE ZUR KUNST has stood for controversial discussions and contributions by internationally leading writers and scholars on contemporary art and culture. Alongside critical essays, the quarterly magazine—founded in Cologne in 1990 by Isabelle Graw and Stefan Germer and based in Berlin since 2000—offers interviews, roundtable discussions, and incisive reviews on art, film, books, music, the market, fashion, art history, theory, and cultural politics.

Additionally, exclusive editions by internationally renowned artists are available with each issue.
