NN Contemporary Art

NN Contemporary Art is a non-profit, contemporary art space, studio complex, project room, and education programme in the Cultural Quarter of Northampton, United Kingdom. NN works with artists and creative practitioners at all stages of their careers to present an international programme of contemporary art and multidisciplinary events. NNCA is a registered charity supported by Arts Council England as part of their National Portfolio, alongside regular support from The University of Northampton, West Northamptonshire Council, Northamptonshire Community Foundation, and SEMLEP.

In 2023 NNCA will reopen its new permanent home at 24 Guildhall Road with 26 artist studios, a contemporary art gallery, a new project space, an artists research lounge, multimedia room, civic reading room, and arts library and a shop. The project is developed in partnership with West Northamptonshire Council, designed by artist-architect team Studio Morison, Architects PHP, and Sean Griffiths as part of  SEMLEP Getting Building Fund & Towns Plan funding regeneration schemes.
