On behalf of the Art Committee for The New Opera House in Oslo, the National Foundation for Art in Public Buildings invited national and international artists to participate in a pre-qualifying round. The commission comprised four free-standing wardrobe volumes in the foyer area. The deadline was Aug. 1, 2004.
