Nottingham Contemporary is one of Britain’s leading centres for contemporary art. Opening in 2009 in a striking, purpose built building designed by architects Caruso St. John. Our aim is to consistently show ambition within the exhibition programme and we have been described by press such as The Observer as “constantly inventive”. We have a strong sense of local purpose and believe that contemporary art offers life-changing learning opportunities for all ages.
