The Thailand Biennale, Chiang Rai 2023 is officially halfway through. The event’s theme of “Open World Cinema” aims to fulfill viewers’ artistic experiences through the eyes of various Chiang Rai directors, including both old and young, internationally-renowned filmmakers and Thai filmmakers, up to international-level directors. The films aim to provide viewers with a better understanding of the essence and diversity of Chiang Rai.
