As an Associate Professor of Architecture, you will join the leadership team and be responsible for advancing the contribution of the Department toward external impact through innovative practice-based teaching and research. In collaboration with an outstanding team of educators, architects and urban practitioners, you will address emerging social, cultural and environmental challenges at local, regional and global scales in live partnerships with government, industry, and communities.
With a thorough understanding of the higher education context, you will have a demostrated capacity for academic leadership, and have a progressive and dynamic approach to the opportunities and challenges of contemporary architectural education. You will be an individual who inspires others, with a strong vision for the role of Architecture in a comprehensive university, and the ability to guide its educational mission.
