The Graduate Art Department at ArtCenter College of Design is pleased to invite artists working in any medium, as well as art writers and curators, to apply for the position of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Graduate Art faculty are expected to hold individual studio visits weekly with our thirty-five graduate students, as well as design and teach two cross-disciplinary seminars per year addressing current and historical cultural and aesthetic questions relevant to students working in all media. Graduate Art faculty are expected to maintain their active exhibition schedules; every reasonable accommodation will be made by the department to make this possible. Qualifications:
–Diploma of Degree from a relevant undergraduate program.
–MFA or equivalent professional activities.
–Teaching experience at the graduate or undergraduate level.

A cover letter outlining professional experience, teaching philosophy, scholarly interests, and approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion. / A curriculum vitae. / Select documentation of recent work in the form of JPEGs, MP4s, WAVs, or PDFs via an online storage service. / Names and contact info (not letters of recommendation) from three professionals who can speak to the candidate’s art practice and, especially, teaching abilities.
