Submission deadline: July 15, 2022
Sharjah Architecture Triennial (SAT) Research is pleased to announce our first call for proposals, Living Continuity.
Framed as a collective inquiry on the challenges and potentialities of working towards a spatially just urban future, Living Continuity is a multi-disciplinary and inclusive initiative that welcomes contributions from fields beyond the traditional realm of architecture and urbanism as well as new perspectives from voices outside of academic research.
Authors are invited to submit a 250–300 word abstract for writing that explores the socio-spatial and ecological challenges at the scale of the neighbourhood, with a particular focus on housing, schools and parks.
For the questions that Living Continuity is interested in exploring and complete details on how to submit, please see the Open Calls section on the SAT Research webpage here.
