June 19–November 28, 2021
The European Graduate School invites applications for its 2021 online program. We are offering an exciting series of seminars for our MA and PhD tracks. Matriculated students, but also visitors, can study with the following distinguished faculty:
Catherine Malabou, Achille Mbembe, Elie During, Daniel Birnbaum, Peter Szendy, Judith Butler, Manthia Diawara & Terri Geis, Fred Moten & Stefano Harney, Keller Easterling, Slavoj Žižek, Carlos Amorales, Avital Ronell, Jean-Luc Nancy, Alenka Zupančič, and Mladen Dolar.
See our full schedule with seminar topics here.
The 2021 program has a special feature in that it unfolds over a five-month period. Seminars will be held over a three-week period, with all meetings on weekends. This format should facilitate attendance and improve the online experience. We learned a great deal from our very successful 2020 session and are confident that students will find significant advantages in our new structure.
Let us also note that the discounts put into place in 2020 by reason of the online format will be available again this year. 2021 thus offers an exceptional opportunity for undertaking an EGS degree and joining the EGS community.
We invite applications for our programs before May 24 from all students who wish to secure a place in our programs. Apply here for our MA and PhD degree programs through our online portal.
We are also continuing the widely welcomed auditing feature we introduced in 2020. It will thus be possible to attend EGS seminars without pursuing a degree program. Click here to register/pay as an auditor for any of our seminars indicated in the schedule. The final registration for auditing is 24 hours before a seminar begins.
We look forward to welcoming you to our world-leading cross-disciplinary programs in critical thought.
