RISD seeks full-time faculty members dedicated to innovative and inclusive teaching, a vibrant professional practice and an interest in service, collaboration and leadership opportunities in a community committed to the core principles of inclusion and equity. Our faculty members teach four to six courses per year, advise students, participate in curriculum development and other divisional activities and projects, serve on college committees, maintain active professional practices and contribute to the college’s vibrant intellectual life.
