Anna Laudel, Istanbul’s dynamic contemporary art gallery is delighted to announce its first participation to Art Dubai, from March 20 to 23, 2019.
Gallery’s first presentation in Art Dubai will include the new and recent works by Turkey’s acclaimed, young artist Ramazan Can. Anna Laudel’s booth will premiere an intriguing selection of the artist’s paintings, installations, sculptures, carpets and weavings and invites collectors and visitors to discover the old Anatolian tradition of Shamanism, rituals and totems through Can’s artworks. Art Dubai will be the occasion to present, before various shows in Turkey, brand new works of the artist as well as recently produced pieces.
Anna Laudel’s participation in the fair demonstrates gallery’s main motivation to represent artists from Turkey at an international level. Dedicated to support artists by providing a prominent contemporary exhibition platform and by developing a greater understanding of contemporary art within the Turkish region, Anna Laudel will open its second gallery in Düsseldorf in 2019 to expand its reach.
