Buy great art, support great artists. Creative Capital’s auction features work from more than a dozen artists, including Edgar Arceneaux, Zoe Leonard, and Paul Shambroom; a 3-D photographic project by Eve Sussman (500 USD); a raffle for a deluxe, ocean-front hotel room during the 2012 Miami Art Fairs (tickets 50 USD); and a benefit event (tickets 250 USD and up).
Support Creative Capital and the work of our artists through:
A raffle for three nights in a deluxe, ocean-front room at the Delano Hotel South Beach during the Miami Art Fairs (December 6–9, 2012). The winner will also receive a special tour of Creative Capital artists’ work in Miami. Tickets are 50 USD each, or 200 USD for a book of five, and can be purchased online.
A specially commissioned project by Eve Sussman, Elevated Train. This limited series of 120 stereoscopic viewers—each housing a pair of black-and-white panoramic slides that form a unique 3-D image—is a singular opportunity to own a work by Sussman and support Creative Capital’s pioneering programs and artists.
An auction with work by Edgar Arceneaux, Futurefarmers, Kelly Heaton, Zoe Leonard, Ralph Lemon, Sharon Lockhart, Ben Marcus & Erin Cosgrove, Jennifer & Kevin McCoy, Beverly McIver, Dread Scott, Paul Shambroom, Sam Van Aken, and Stephen Vitiello, plus an animation library including work by Todd Downing, James Duesing, Jacqueline Goss, Rachel Mayeri, Suzan Pitt, Jeff Scher, Daniel Sousa, and Marina Zurkow.
All auction items are available now online at auction.creative-capital.org and will also be available for preview and pre-sale at PULSE New York, May 3–6, in Booth P2 on the second floor.
The auction will conclude on May 10 at our benefit in a beautiful, private home in Tribeca, with great food and drinks, magician/performers Dennis Diamond, Daryl Hannah, and Louie Magic (recently seen in Elephant Room at St. Ann’s Warehouse), silent and live auctions, and the raffle drawing. Tickets begin at 250 USD.
All proceeds benefit Creative Capital’s mission of supporting artists pursuing adventurous projects in all disciplines.
