Reactor Halls is an experimental programme of events that embraces the live situation. Reactor invites guest curators to take over the Halls, offering them the freedom to invite in whoever and whatever they wish before opening to the audience. Past events have combined and collided moments of performance, music, stand-up, cabaret, drones, magic, and a Jimmy Savile piñata.
Reactor Halls E07: I am the Live Warrior

Juneau Projects present a unique live version of their ongoing open exhibition project I am the Warrior. This event brings together the worlds of life drawing and live gigs, featuring Alex Juno (Elmo Sexwhistle) and Swoomptheeng. Come watch / draw / paint / sculpt the bands.
Reactor Halls E08: The Family Show

The Family Show takes the format of a television chat show as a structure to stage a live exhibition, featuring talk, art work, performance and music, celebrating the mundane to fantastical elements of daily life and familial relationships. Artists include Julia Crabtree and William Evans, Elliot Crabtree, Jennifer Bailey and Sophiel Aurora (aka Sophie Lisa Beresford) amongst others.
Reactor Halls E09: Psychotronic Reactors

Ryan Jordan and Jonathan Kemp present a one-day workshop exploring deprogramming, mind control, microwave audio effects, cosmic cybernetics, psychophysics. The workshop will be followed by an evening of live performances testing the psychotronic reactors on the public.

Reactor Halls E11: The Dark Horse Moving Picture Show

The Dark Horse Moving Picture Show is a film, live performance and music event by artists Jennet Thomas, Paul Tarragó and Leo Chadburn (aka Simon Bookish). A kind of experimental variety show, this rich and strange cocktail of aesthetic pleasures and unusual ideas will include a mystery event.
