On the strength of its success in 2014, CHOICES Collectors Weekend, a key event for Parisian galleries, will organize its second edition from 29 to 31 May 2015, bringing together nearly 40 galleries. For three days, collectors, professionals and art lovers will be invited to discover each gallery’s special program.

In 2015, the itinerary will span from Belleville to Saint-Germain via Le Marais, the rue Louise Weiss and the Palais-Royal. Each participating gallery will showcase one of its artists as part of a large-scale group show conceived in collaboration with a guest curator. Lastly, each gallery will invite a collector from abroad for a stay in Paris as a guest of honor for the duration of the event.

The 2014 edition proved highly popular, with 35 participating galleries and over 3,000 visitors in three days for the group show, drawing collectors from 12 countries.

Headed by Marion Papillon (Deputy Director of the Claudine Papillon Gallery), the event highlights the vibrancy and quality of the Parisian art scene and is supported by several prestigious sponsors.

In 2014, the exhibition was organized in partnership with the Beaux-Arts de Paris and AXA ART.

Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Communication, CHOICES Collectors Weekend was also supported by the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d’Art, Galeries Mode d’Emploi, the Ville de Paris, the Fondation d’entreprise Ricard, the Meurice – Dorchester Collection Hotel, the Institut français and Silencio.
