ArtRio is pleased to present the list of galleries selected for its 2015 edition. The fair will be held between September 9 and 13 at Píer Mauá, occupying four warehouses in a total area of 17,000 square meters. The event has the participation of over 80 galleries from 13 countries. Major sponsorship is presented by the bank Bradesco.
“ArtRio is maturing at each year and conquering a relevant and strong position at the art international market. Our focus is always in having a high-quality fair—including the selection of the galleries and the presence of important collectors, curators and art advisories. ArtRio is a fair that combines the most relevant of the world art scenario,” says Brenda Valansi, partner of ArtRio.
Special project:
Prisma
Curated by Bernardo de Souza and Carolyn Drake, Prisma will invite its audience to explore alternative narratives to understand a world filled with absurdities—a kind of hyper reality that exists in the physical and virtual realm. Renowned artists will join new names using different medias in the search for a new narrative.
