Nasan Tur
To Turkish-German artist Nasan Tur it is the first exhibition with Deweer Gallery as well as the very first solo show in Belgium. Nasan was born in Offenbach, Germany in 1974; he currently lives and works in Berlin. His exhibition will be composed by new and recent works. For example, there will be several new photographic works, among others the new series “Sea View.”
Gabriele Beveridge: Tropisms
Gabriele Beveridge was already introduced in our 2014 group show Breeze. But still, for Gabriele too it will be her first solo exhibition with Deweer Gallery. Beveridge was born in Hong Kong in 1985 and lives and works in London.
Beveridge makes subtle installations that are assemblages of found images and objects. Removing the context by which these images and materials were originally associated with, Beveridge creates environments that are both familiar and uncanny at once. Her work crosses the boundaries between different mediums in a most fascinating way.
Collector’s Room # 12
In Collector’s Room #12 we present works by among others Stephan Balkenhol, Marc Bauer, Jan Fabre, Melissa Gordon, George Little & Benjamin Moravec.
The Cabinet
In The Cabinet we wish to surprise you this time with graphics by a large group of top-rated artists and with some objects by Enrique Marty, Andy Wauman among others. In The Cabinet we present works that are perfectly within the reach of the starting collector.
