The Armory Show returns March 2–5 to Piers 92 & 94 as New York’s definitive cultural destination for discovering and collecting the world’s most important artworks. Staged in a unique industrial venue overlooking the Hudson River, the 2017 edition features ambitious artist commissions, precisely curated presentations and a dynamic talks program with today’s most influential artists. 

New and evolved exhibitor sections and a redesigned floorplan merge Piers 92 & 94 into a single fair for modern and contemporary art, showcasing over 200 leading international galleries from 30 countries. Browse the 2017 exhibitors

Galleries 
Visitors are invited to discover artworks spanning movements, mediums and cultures in Galleries, the core section of The Armory Show, which features 20th and 21st century artworks presented by leading international galleries. 

Insights 
Dedicated exclusively to 20th century artworks, Insights emphasizes solo-artist, dual-artist and thematic presentations. This section highlights canonical works of modernism and the post-war era as well as overlooked artistic gems and rediscoveries.

Presents
Presents is a platform for young galleries, no more than ten years old, to showcase recent work from emerging artists. Solo-artist and dual-artist presentations spotlight the next generation of artistic talents, which visitors can explore in an in-depth and intimate setting.

Focus 
Focus realizes the vision of an annually appointed curator through a selection of new or rarely seen work by today’s most relevant and compelling artists. What Is To Be Done?,curated by Jarrett Gregory, showcases 12 solo-artist presentations by a diverse group of artists grappling with some of the world’s most pressing social and political issues.Select participating artists include Deana Lawson, Ibrahim Mahama, Teresa Margolles, Tuan Andrew Nguyen and Koki Tanaka

Platform 
New for 2017, Platform stages large-scale artworks, installations and site-specific commissions across Piers 92 & 94. The inaugural edition, entitled An Incident and curated by Eric Shiner, features 13 internationally acclaimed artists, including Yayoi Kusama, Abigail DeVille, Iván Navarro and Fiete Stolte.

Armory Live
Armory Live is an interactive program of talks, live events and screenings hosted at the fair and online. In partnership with Clocktower Radio, listeners may tune in for live programming during the fair, or download the recorded podcasts after at thearmoryshow.com/armory-live and clocktower.org/radio

Select highlights include David Salle in conversation with fellow artists Joe Bradley, Alex Katz, Dana Schutz and Chris Martin on the painting life; Glenn O’Brien, Jeffrey Deitch and Andy Spade on the relationship between art and advertising in the 1980s and 1990s; Orit Gat in conversation with Joshua Citarella and Troy Conrad Therrien on internet and digital art; and Simon de Pury, Alain Servais, Dominique Lévy, Todd Levin and Andrea Danese debating the future of the art market in a panel moderated by Kelly Crow.

Publication Lounge
