Summer Session 1 runs May 28 – June 24/06 (4 weeks)

Summer Session 2 runs July 2 – Aug 5/06 (5 weeks)

Sessions focus on creating project-based art. Classes are instructed both conceptually and technically by professional artists and college / university art

teachers. Transferable credit is offered through Rhode Island School of Design. College students who want to receive transfer credit should check with their home institution before applying. All classes are taught in English and offer 3-credits.

Faculty include: Pam Marks (Connecticut College), Robert Reed (Yale University), Bryan McFarlene (Umass Dartmouth), Ray Beldner (Saint Mary’s College of California), Melannie Yazzie (U of Arizona), Maureen

O’Brien (RISD Museum), Clint Jukkala (Yale University), Bruce Stiglich (Parsons), Nan Curtis (Pacific Northwest College of Art), Joan Snitzer

(Barnard College), and Ann Albritton (Ringling School of Art and Design).
