CCA’s highly selective graduate programs help students refine their creative practices and expand their professional potential. Each graduate student has a dedicated workspace (a fine-art studio, a design workstation, etc.) that is accessible 24 hours a day. The college has a dedicated graduate exhibition/gallery space, a newly completed graduate center, and a graduate writing studio. Every semester the Graduate Studies Lecture Series brings to campus some of the world’s most influential and innovative artists, architects, writers, scholars, designers, and curators. Each speaker typically also makes class visits or meets one-on-one with students. Financial assistance is available in the form of merit-based, need-based, and diversity scholarships; grants; teaching assistantships; federal loans; and work-study.
