IMPACT10 is aimed at artists, advanced students, academics and journalists working in the fields of dance, theatre, art, media art and film. The working language is English.

IMPACT10 offers a concentrated and motivating space for exchange, action and reflection beyond one’s own limitations and perspectives. The daily schedule is determined by the artists themselves and influenced by all participants together. Artists who have contributed to IMPACT to date include : BLAST THEORY (GB), RIMINI PROTOKOLL (D), XAVIER LE ROY (F/D), ANTONI MUNTADAS (ES/US), MIRANDA PENNELL and JOHN SMITH (GB), FORCED ENTERTAINMENT (GB), WERNER NEKES (D), OFFICE FOR METROPOLITAN ARCHITECTURE (NL) and ROMEO CASTELLUCCI (IT).

Workshops with:
PHILIPPE QUESNE (FR): Quesne builds pieces in the manner of experiments with a few select constants. His highly acclaimed productions have been shown at the Wiener Festwochen, the Festival d’Avignon, at the Centre Pompidou and other important venues worldwide.

TINO SEHGAL (GB/ DE): In 2005 he represented Germany at the Venice Biennale, in 2010 he had a solo show at New York’s Guggenheim Museum, and his works are included in the collections of the Centre Pompidou, Tate and MoMA.

JIM TRAINOR (US): His animated films have been shown internationally at important festivals and biennales, as well as in well-known museums and other contexts: Whitney Biennale, Museum of Modern Art (New York), Sundance Film Festival, New York Animation Festival, Rotterdam Film Festival, Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen. In 2000, Jim Trainor accepted a teaching position at the prestigious School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
