KHiB invites active visual artists with a distinguished career in printmaking and contemporary art to apply for the position of Professor/Associate Professor in Fine Art/Printmaking. In close cooperation with colleagues, the professor will be responsible for defining and developing the profile of artistic research in the field of graphic arts within the Department of Fine Art. The successful applicant will combine an advanced artistic practice with a sound understanding of current theoretical discourses within contemporary art, and will have the ability to position the field of printmaking within a critically reflective discussion.

KHiB invites visual artists with a distinguished career in contemporary art, sculpture and installation to apply for the position of Professor in Fine Art/Sculpture. In close cooperation with colleagues, the professor will be responsible for defining and developing the profile of artistic research in the field of sculpture and installation within the Department of Fine Art. The successful applicant will combine an advanced artistic practice with a sound understanding of current theoretical discourses within contemporary art. Sculptural investigation at KHIB is developed across a range of materials and techniques, including clay and ceramics, various casting processes and construction in wood and metals, understood within an expanded practice that transcends specific material limitations.
