CCA’s graduate programs emphasize contemporary practice and theory. With intensive group and individual critiques, students gain significant tools to navigate their respective professional fields. Deep investigations with faculty are a significant component of each discipline. Interdisciplinary study, theoretical rigor, and malleable critical thinking make for life-long professional engagement.
Situated in the San Francisco Bay Area, one of the world’s most progressive creative and technological centers, our graduate programs enhance their curricular offerings by engaging with outside cultural institutions, companies, organizations, and communities.
Each graduate program selects outstanding students for the prestigious graduate merit scholarships. These renewable annual scholarships, which range up to 42,000 USD, are open to all prospective graduate students who apply by the January 10 deadline.
Making the cost of graduate study manageable is crucial to CCA’s mission. Financial aid is available to qualified US citizens and permanent residents. Eligible applicants should file, in conjunction with their CCA application, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) starting January 1, 2016. CCA’s federal school code is 001127.
