Exhibition: Entrée
Entrée in Bergen, Norway (est. 2009), is a non-profit, independent gallery devoted to commissioning new works and promoting young international artists, in addition to initiating public art projects and collaborations. Entrée recently has an especially tall ceiling and enormous window confronting the public space right at the heart of the city of Bergen.
Entrée is inviting two artists to exhibit (duo-show) from January 20–February 19, 2017. Entrée offers each exhibiting artist a fee of 5000 NOK, plus travel (max 5000 NOK)and accommodation. Entrée also covers installation costs, printing of signage, postcards, promotional material and transportation one way.

Exhibition: Fabrikken
Fabrikken / The Factory of Art and Design is a production and resource center in Copenhagen, where professional artists and designers work in more than 50 studios and the cathedral-like factory hall.
Fabrikken is offering the opportunity for two artists from Copenhagen to exhibit in their 1000 square-meter factory hall starting on December 1. Selected artists will be given the option to exhibit apart or together in the space, to exhibit in a portion of the hall or in the entire hall, to install for a short or long period of time.
Each artist will be allocated 5000 DKK to be spent on wall construction (built by onsite technicians) and the area used per day. Click this link to see the entire calculator with details. In addition each artist will receive 9000 DKK in production fees, 750 DKK in fees to employ a writer for an exhibition text.

Residency: Nida Art Colony
Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts (NAC) is open for emerging and experienced artists, designers, architects, curators and art researchers, and philosophers. NAC is the academic and artistic venue in the Baltic region that provides the opportunity to live and work in the Curonian Spit National Park. Since 2011, when the A-I-R programme was launched, about 250 artists and other culture professionals have stayed at the Colony. NAC aims to facilitate hybrid art, architecture and design practices.
Artists and scholars who seek a quiet and spacious environment are welcome to experience a distinctive remote location and use the Colony’s spaces. Production of art or design works is facilitated by new professional equipment for working with different materials, including wood and metal in the specialised studios.
Nordic Baltic Residents (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia) are invited to apply for the October 1 to 30 in 2017 period. Each artist receives travel costs (up to 300 EUR), accommodation, studio and a fee of 700 EUR. More info

Exhibition: Rogaland Kunstsenter
Rogaland Kunstsenter (RKS) is an artist-run institution and presents contemporary art exhibitions, hosts presentations, seminars and debates, facilitates residency programs, and develops art projects and public art commissions. RKS also actively supports artistic freedom of speech and is a center of excellence for the professional artists of the region. The center was established in 1978 to create an autonomous alternative to public museums, art associations and private galleries, where the artists could have more influence on the institution’s profile. Overall, Rogaland Kunstsenter works to strengthen the professional art community in the region and encourage national and international collaborations.
