As a member you can create a listing from your user account page. There is a menu item called create a listing: you will need to fill out a form with some standard fields. The information you supply will help interested users to more easily find your listing.
Once this has been posted, other members can contact you via a private message, where you have the opportunity to discuss details of an exchange or simply get to know each other. Fullfillment of a listing is based on a mutal agreement.
The last step to finalize this is to start a transaction: the process where you actually credit or debit someone time. You can do this from your account homepage as well by following the start a transaction link. All transactions need to be approved by either a Time/Bank administrator or a Branch manager before they finally appear on your statment.
