I am looking for someone with an understanding of nutrition who would be able to create a weekly meal plan. I am trying to eat a no sugar, no caffeine, no wheat, very low gluten, low grain diet and am finding that with so many projects on the go, I'm losing enthusiasm for coming up with simple, yet nutritious lunch and dinner options.

It may be a one off exercise, or a monthly or weekly role. I'm flexible. I also don't know how many hours specifically would be required. Let's discuss!

Many thanks!

Naomi

My offer is to teach how to make a paella in your own house.

I will bring ingredients, bill of the ingredients, paella pan and special gas range required. Then we will prepare together a meal from 2 to 12 people. Bear in mind it takes around 3h cooking.

if you haven't seen the show before.
you can find it here http://www.youtube.com/user/epicmealtime?feature=results_main on youtube with all their videos

i have nothing to do with EMT but i have made a few giant meals in their style, it's always fun making it, you do learn how to cook a bit and you get a giant meal at the end.
this could be something more than one person comes to do, we would just split the cost of the ingredients and then enjoy the resulting meal together

hi my name is tatai, i'm formed cook, specialized in vegetarian food. i am interested in shojin-ryori*, bio-dynamics, macrobiotics.

if you are living in berlin, it would be a great pleasure to me to spend some hours cooking with you. you can choose a 3 courses menu or 3 different dishes and i would bring everything needed to your place.

i would be happy to teach you one of the recipes of my up coming book "cooking with bread".

* Shojin Ryori just an ancient, beautiful and harmonic,
philosophic and devoted ‘ingredient’ of traditional Japanese culture.
Much more it is an expression of a permanent change and renewing.
Within modern life’s search for inner balance, health and – all-over –
harmonic togetherness and respect, this art becomes more actual and
innovative than ever.
Shojin is a Buddhist term that refers to devotion, purification,
asceticism or diligence in pursuit of enlightenment and perfection and
Shojin Ryori, a type of vegetarian cuisine, was brought into Japan via
China and Korea with the introduction of Buddhism in the sixth century.
