The Time/Restaurant is looking 5 people who would like to earn Hour Notes on December 20.

We need:
2 people to help in the kitchen
2 people for serving the food
1 person to help selling tickets for Hour Notes

Time/Bank Stroom Den Haag will be presenting the 4th edition of their pop-up restaurant in Het Nutshuis.

The menu of the Time/Restaurant will be prepared by Israeli chef Yuval Red (and maybe you!), and will be all about sharing traditional village food at the communal table.

Dinner will be preceded by the screening of the American documentary Food, Inc.

I will bring ingredients, bill of the ingredients, paella pan and special gas range required. Then we will prepare together a meal from 2 to 12 people. Bear in mind it takes around 3h cooking.

i have nothing to do with EMT but i have made a few giant meals in their style, it's always fun making it, you do learn how to cook a bit and you get a giant meal at the end.
this could be something more than one person comes to do, we would just split the cost of the ingredients and then enjoy the resulting meal together

I am from Taiwan, the location is close to China. I know how to cook many Taiwanese dishes well. So I can teach you how to cook Taiwanese dishes, and if you want, I also can introduce Asian ingredients from Toko.
